Fastpitch Rules is a service of High Sierra Creative LLC, which bills for and refunds paid subscriptions. The free Q&A tool costs nothing, so this policy only applies to paid, branded league pages ($199/year).
If a branded league page isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
Your subscription covers the full year it was billed for. We don't prorate refunds for the rest of a subscription period after the 14-day window, but you're welcome to cancel at any time to stop future renewals — your page stays live through the end of the period you already paid for.
Subscriptions renew automatically each year, charged by High Sierra Creative LLC. If a renewal charge fails, we'll email you and give you a grace period to update your payment method before the page goes offline. If you cancel before a renewal date, you won't be charged again.
